Nozzles cartoons were created by pet portrait artist GSC from GSC Artwork. The main characters are Absent-minded Johnny (or A.J. for short) and his dog Sissy (a cartoon version of the artist's dog). GSC hand-draws all of the Nozzles illustrations then inefficiently uses computer programs to add color to and animate them.
